Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to support the Aerospace Vehicle Equipment (AVE) Segment on the Sentinel Program. This role will be located at our Defense System Sector in Roy, Utah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain cost control systems, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze costs and schedules to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain budgets and schedules for contract work, ensuring alignment with program requirements.
  • Perform financial analyses, including funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 3 years of professional experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance.
  • Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek Cobra/MPM, MS Project, or Schedule Risk Assessment software tools.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active SCI (SSBI) or DoD Top Secret security clearance.
  • 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis, or Program Scheduling.
  • 5+ years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
  • Proficient in Deltek Cobra, SAP, PowerBI.
