This role, under general guidance, will support various facets of the operational workflows within the Payments and Operations division. The intern will receive mentorship from the management team in Payments and Operations.

Employee Type: Intern, part-time, Non-exempt

Schedule: Flexible to accommodate academic commitments, with training conducted onsite.

This position will follow a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of 60% onsite presence, or as necessary.

Minimum Starting Pay Rate: $13/hr - $17/hr

Candidate must be bondable and creditworthy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Essential for this position:

  • Collaborate with business units to develop process diagrams for each workflow within the Payments and Operations department under general supervision.
  • Assist in research and data collection to enhance or revise ineffective operational workflows under immediate supervision.
  • Support the collection of data aimed at identifying efficiencies within the Payments and Operations units.
  • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of product and process enhancement initiatives, including involvement in cross-departmental projects where effective collaboration is crucial.
  • Assist in the formulation of a records governance framework, including relevant policies and procedures under supervision.
  • Participate in project research related to business units within Payments and Operations under supervision.
  • Help in the assembly and management of the Payments and Operations Departmental Budget, which includes gathering budgetary data, conducting variance analysis, and forecasting projections.
MINIMUM / PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

College student pursuing a degree in Business or a related field applicable to the job requirements.
