Job Summary

Mount Indie is seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to oversee the security of our Space Center facilities. As the single Point of Contact (POC) for Headquarters SPACECENT, you will be responsible for program collateral security management and execution of security policies and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the SPACECENT Special Security Office (SSO) and Primary Point of Contact (POC) for all SSO related matters.
  • Provide policy support for CJCS regulations and oversee the implementation of security policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the centralized control of SPACECENT facility and C2 systems.
  • Handle, maintain, and protect special key material in support of collateral communications.
  • Provide facility support, conduct security inspections, and ensure compliance with physical security and other security requirements.
  • Review proposed programs and projects for security risks and ensure integration into current infrastructure and SOPs.
  • Perform administrative support, including entry and visit processing, escort personnel, and verify end-of-day security checks.
  • Control classified media and information, transfer files, and properly dispose of media.
  • Maintain accreditation package repositories and AIS system certification and accreditation documentation.
  • Support security inspections, identify security deficiencies, and report security violations.
  • Manage quarterly and incident security audits.
  • Prepare and process billet access requests and conduct annual billet reviews.
  • Schedule polygraphs for employees nominated for special access.
  • Conduct annual security awareness briefings and maintain personnel security files.
  • Submit Visit Access Requests and track security clearance record due dates.
  • Familiar with physical security, industrial security, operations security, and processes for awareness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of security administration experience in industrial security programs.
  • Excellent written communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • TS/SCI clearance required; US citizenship required.
