We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team in Boulder, CO. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for creating a compelling customer experience by sharing our story, history, and core values of quality, craftsmanship, and adventure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet customers warmly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Zeal Goggles and Sunglasses, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product line, including technology, lenses, materials, use, and fit.
  • Provide product knowledge and information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness and proper display, restocking and merchandising according to Zeal standards.
  • Assist with marketing projects and work collaboratively with the leadership team to meet store goals.
  • Perform other work-related duties as requested or required.
Requirements
  • High school graduate with at least 1 year of college.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Team player.
  • Quick learner.
  • Detail, problem-solving, and logic skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to utilize a PC.
  • Ability to communicate in various business settings.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $19/hr
