The Position: MercerWELL Summer Associate

Mercer's Health Practice is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Associate to join our MercerWELL team. As a Summer Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to support client presentations and projects
  • Learn and utilize industry-leading tools to develop and execute client work
  • Assist in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of clients
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to review client needs and develop implementation strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in population health management
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate effectively with clients
Preferred Qualifications
  • Progress toward a Master's degree in a related field
  • Currently enrolled student with an expected graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026
  • Record of top academic achievement (Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0)
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship
