We are seeking a skilled and experienced phlebotomist to join our team at a clinical research site in Binghamton, NY. This is a Monday to Friday position that requires reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills.
Job Duties:
- Perform blood draws, label specimens, centrifuge specimens, record maintenance data, and decontaminate equipment.
- Collect and store specimens according to established procedures.
- Clearly and courteously explain the venipuncture process and other specimen collection processes as required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent phlebotomy experience.
- Proficient with straight needles and comfortable performing venipunctures independently from day one.
