POSITION OVERVIEW:

Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate resident needs, create personalized care plans, deliver nursing care, assess the effectiveness of care provided, and oversee nursing assistants and other staff in delivering quality care. This oversight must align with current federal, state, and local regulations, as well as the standards set by the Director of Nursing Services or their designee, ensuring the highest quality of care is maintained at all times. You will adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control protocols, upholding the established standards of practice set forth by our organization.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid, unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute both verbal and written directives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
  • Knowledge of proper safety and sanitation practices.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours as per the role's requirements.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience:
  • Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
Shift & Compensation:
  • Available positions for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles.
  • Shifts may vary.
  • Hourly wage ranges from $30.00 to $33.00, with a $5,000 sign-on incentive for Full-Time roles.
