Blast Cleaning Technologies, Inc. is a leader in innovative shot blast solutions, committed to delivering exceptional results and driving continuous growth year over year. We're seeking a skilled Master Welder Specialist to join our team, responsible for laying out, positioning, aligning, and squaring parts with precision and attention to detail. This role requires 10+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints and welding/fabrication expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding and fabrication principles, the ability to make decisions and follow through, and excellent communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Welding certification is also preferred but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves:
  1. Laying out, positioning, aligning, and squaring parts with precision and attention to detail.
  2. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  3. Taking direction from a lead or leader on assigned daily tasks.
  4. Determining proper tools and machinery required for production schedules.
  5. Completing final inspections of parts to meet quality standards.
  6. Performing required monthly safety training and completing PMs on department machinery.
  7. Providing support and backup as needed and assisting with other assigned projects and tasks.
