Job Title: Phlebotomist
Job Description:
As a Phlebotomist at Actalent, you will be responsible for greeting patients, performing blood draws, labeling specimens, and updating patient information. You will also be responsible for explaining the process of venipuncture and other specimen collection methods.
Responsibilities:
- Perform blood draws and label specimens
- Update patient information
- Explain venipuncture and other specimen collection methods
- Attend annual department training
- Answer telephone calls and read laboratory results
Requirements:
- Phlebotomy experience
- Ability to float to different locations
- Strong customer service skills
