Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody and exemplify our core values in daily activities
  • Oversee patient scheduling and ensure effective communication with colleagues and optometrists
  • Conduct preliminary testing for patients
  • Collect comprehensive patient medical histories
  • Capture retinal imaging
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization within examination and contact lens areas
  • Assist patients in learning contact lens application and removal
  • Manage orders and distribution of contact lenses
  • Handle pharmaceutical and supply orders for examination rooms
  • Process returns related to contact lenses

Additional duties may involve answering calls, supporting eyewear sales, dispensing eyewear, and making adjustments or repairs to eyewear as necessary.
