About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Program Manager to provide leadership and mentoring to staff in our stabilization group home, serving adults with psychiatric diagnoses.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to stabilize their conditions while providing rehabilitative services, enabling them to transition to greater independence.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Program Director in overseeing daily program operations, client services, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure client-centered service delivery, meeting all requirements, and assist staff in documenting services accurately and timely.
  • Provide client-centered services, including supportive counseling, crisis prevention skills, medication supervision, daily living skills, and recreational activities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human services or related field, or equivalent experience and education.
  • At least one year of experience in human services, preferably working with mentally ill populations, medication supervision, and residential settings.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive agency vehicles.

  • $49,940.80 annual salary (equivalent to $24.01/hour), with overtime opportunities at $36.02/hour.
