Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and direct a team of registered nurses and other clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

    • Collaborate with center leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
  • Patient Care
    • Oversee the coordination of patient care activities to ensure continuity and quality of care.
    • Develop and implement patient care plans to meet the individual needs of patients.
    • Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Staffing and Scheduling
    • Develop and implement staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage and meet the needs of patients.
    • Collaborate with scheduling personnel to coordinate procedure scheduling and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce errors.
    • Collaborate with the safety officer to identify and mitigate safety risks and hazards.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Financial and Materials Management
    • Develop and implement financial plans to ensure efficient use of resources and meet budgetary requirements.
    • Collaborate with purchasing personnel to ensure the procurement of necessary equipment and supplies.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
