Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Training Specialist to join our team at State Department Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in improving overall employee effectiveness and performance through the application of individual and group training techniques and programs.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with our organizational priorities.
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies that enhance knowledge, skills, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in training and course development and design.
  2. Experience working in a bank or credit union retail branch delivery and/or call center environment is desired.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and HTML.
  5. Demonstrated research and analysis skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  6. Ability to work as a member of a team and independently, with strong problem-solving skills.
  7. College degree with coursework in English, education, or training is preferred.
Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
