We are seeking a passionate and motivated Community Health Innovation and Development Specialist to join our Strategy and Innovation team. The selected candidate will play a key role in a dynamic project that aims to document and celebrate the incredible community health innovations happening across VOA.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and interviews to create compelling profiles of innovative community health programs taking place across the organization
  • Develop engaging content (blog posts, social media updates, etc.) to share program successes
  • Analyze publicly available community health data and assessments to provide context and demonstrate impact

Requirements:

  • Interest in community/public health and making a difference
  • Experience with basic online research of public health issues
  • Commitment to inclusive and collaborative team culture
  • Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
