Key Responsibilities:

Jets Software Proficiency:

  • Employ Jets software for comprehensive project oversight and monitoring. Candidates should have a solid background in Jets, with a strong preference for experience specifically related to APC jets.

DistGIS Mapping Expertise:

  • Utilize DistGIS for geographic mapping and data analysis pertinent to distribution projects. Familiarity with this platform is essential for effective management of spatial information.
  • Client Storeroom Management: Develop a thorough understanding of client storeroom operations, focusing on inventory control, material handling, and logistical coordination.

Distribution Field Experience:

  • Previous experience in the distribution sector is highly desirable, emphasizing practical, hands-on involvement in the construction and upkeep of distribution systems.

Field Camp Coordination:

  • Experience in managing field camps, including logistical support and coordination of field teams, is advantageous for overseeing remote project activities.

Work Order Closeout Management:

  • Oversee the closeout procedures for distribution work orders, ensuring that all project documentation is thorough, precise, and submitted promptly.
  • Training in Distribution Engineering Practices: Facilitate training and guidance in traditional distribution engineering practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company protocols.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant technical or engineering degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with APC jets and DistGIS systems.
  • Knowledge of client storeroom management.
  • Field experience in distribution-related projects.
