Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer telephones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and our medical team.
- Outbound Calls: Place follow-up calls to clients, providing updates on their pets' care and addressing any concerns.
- Financial Transactions: Present and explain fees, process payments, and recommend products and services to clients.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Educate clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care, including heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control.
- Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Hospital Maintenance: Ensure the hospital is clean and well-maintained, including removal of animal waste and upkeep of facilities.
- Competitive Compensation: A salary range of $15 - $18 per hour, based on experience.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, medical staff, and other hospital personnel.
