About the Job

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide. In this rewarding role, you'll provide personal care and support to seniors, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. You'll also help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises, ensuring our clients stay safe and comfortable in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to seniors, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
  • Help create a safe home environment by ensuring unobstructed pathways
  • Document client condition and notify supervisor of any concerns
  • Participate in activities that bring joy to our clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
