Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Leisure Living - Ludington Woods Assisted Living & Memory Care.

Compensation:

  • Estimated salary range: $15.75-$18.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Provide comfort, safety, and general supervision to residents by assisting with activities of daily living.
  • Administer medications according to physician orders and document completion.
  • Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.
  • Partner with residents to provide needed/requested assistance with activities of daily living as outlined in their service plans.
  • Answer resident call lights, door, and safety alarms promptly.
  • Observe and report resident behavior and condition changes to the Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or related field highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (eMAR) systems a plus.
