Compensation:
Starting at $27.00 per hour.
At NovaCare Rehabilitation, we are looking for a dedicated licensed physical therapy assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This role is essential in delivering outstanding care to a diverse patient population.
Our skilled clinical team is committed to providing treatment that enhances functionality and achieves optimal recovery outcomes for our patients.
We pride ourselves on fostering an exceptional patient experience, aiding individuals in returning to their daily activities, sports, and passions.
Our clinical team typically manages 12 patients daily, catering to a wide age range from adolescents to seniors. Our specialized services encompass neurology, sports rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, fall prevention, and an ACL Program, in addition to general orthopedic care. We welcome professionals at all experience levels; prior outpatient orthopedic experience is advantageous. We also offer support for new graduate physical therapy assistants through onsite mentorship.Work Schedule:
Weekdays MWF 7-4pm and Tu/Th 1030a-7pm
Compensation Range:
$35.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, adhering to the State Practice Act.
Deliver high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with minimal supervision, in line with physical therapy principles and Select Medical policies.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and successful completion of a national examination certified by the CAPTE.
Current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
