PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT

CommuniCare Rehab, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Qualifications:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an Accredited Institution.
  • Possession of a valid or pending State Physical Therapy Assistant License.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures accurate client information by conducting interviews, reviewing medical histories, and confirming treatment objectives.
  • Enhances clients' quality of life by assisting them in overcoming limitations, such as aiding injured workers in regaining motor skills and facilitating independence for individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Executes treatment plans through direct patient care and collaboration with Physical Therapists, while also educating team members and family members involved in the treatment process.
