Direct Counsel, LLC is collaborating with a distinguished, nationally acclaimed law firm in search of a Structured Credit CLO Associate with 2 to 6 years of experience. The Structured Credit division specializes in collateralized loan obligations ("CLOs"), alongside various securitization deals, asset-based lending (both bilateral and syndicated), and other complex financial transactions. Our clientele comprises leading global investment banks and asset management firms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience as a Structured Credit associate within a law firm environment.
- Possession of a Juris Doctorate from a reputable law school.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $235,000 and $390,000 annually, subject to variation based on experience and other pertinent factors.
