About the Role

AEG Worldwide Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Staff - Venue Maintenance to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our venues, including the main floor, mezzanine, backstage, bathrooms, bars, and other areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post-event cleaning: Follow established procedures and cleaning routines to ensure a high level of cleanliness and quality standards are met before the next event.
  • Maintenance tasks: Perform tasks as assigned, including changing lightbulbs, painting, light construction, repair, and restocking supplies.
  • Inspect work areas: Identify safety hazards, facility issues, housekeeping needs, and personal injuries, and report them to supervisors or event managers.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work effectively with supervisors, event managers, and other staff members to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift tables, chairs, etc.
