Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Agency Director, this position provides leadership and conducts professional work in the administration and supervision of social services staff and programs. The role involves interpreting and implementing policies, related guidance, and statutes. The incumbent assumes responsibility for all behavioral health-related programs and the unit, working closely with one other supervisor. Key responsibilities include program and financial management, planning, and evaluation, as well as managing staff workflow and evaluating their performance. The position requires networking and maintaining positive relationships with staff, coworkers, and the community.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Four years of experience as a Social Worker
  • Valid driver's license
