We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Technician to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Chico, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing behavior strategies and fostering positive interactions with students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with educators and professionals to create an inclusive learning environment
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Work directly with students to encourage positive behaviors and support skill development

For this role, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance package, as well as weekly pay with a consistent schedule.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is an advantage
  • RBT certification is a plus, but not mandatory; training can be provided
