We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist - Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team at Zoi and Mind Clinics. As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1:1 ABA services in the client's home, implementing Behavior Intervention Plans provided by Case Supervisors/BCBAs, collecting data, and writing session notes. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA services in the client's home, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote positive behavior change and skill acquisition.
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans developed by Case Supervisors/BCBAs, ensuring that services are delivered in a safe and effective manner.
  • Collect and record data on client progress, using standardized tools and techniques to inform treatment decisions.
  • Write session notes that accurately reflect client progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
  • Negative TB test and clear criminal background check.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (or other languages as required).
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Available Monday – Friday, in the afternoons/ evenings.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Basic knowledge of internet and technology (smart phone, tablet).
