We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist - Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team at Zoi and Mind Clinics. As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Job Summary:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services in the client's home, implementing Behavior Intervention Plans provided by Case Supervisors/BCBAs.
  • Collect data and write session notes to track progress and inform treatment decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality ABA services to clients, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors/BCBAs to develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Negative TB test.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Clear criminal background.
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Available Monday – Friday, in the afternoons/ evenings.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Basic knowledge of internet and technology (smart phone, tablet).
