Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by actively listening, asking questions, and addressing guest needs.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales plans, monitor customer service, inventory, expenses, and risk management.
  • Develop product knowledge expertise to effectively sell and market a diverse range of apparel, including private labels and name brands.
  • Coach and train the sales team to enhance selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Assistant Store Manager role.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Previous experience in a commission-oriented environment is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to neighboring store locations.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.60 per hour, plus a commission rate between 1.5% and 6% based on personal sales volume. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on store sales.
