Position Summary:
This role involves assisting educators in supporting students, performing clerical duties, and other essential functions. The specialist will also help cultivate positive community relations among various stakeholders.

Typical Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with educators to deliver instructional and enrichment support to individual students, as well as to small and large groups.
2. Create appropriate materials for classroom use, including bulletin boards and educational displays.
3. Supervise students in various school environments, including classrooms, lunchrooms, playgrounds, and during field trips.
4. Provide clerical assistance, such as grading papers, maintaining student folders, and supporting office activities.
5. Assist in maintaining student records, including grades, report cards, and test scores.
6. Offer general support to students in non-instructional contexts.
7. Administer minor first aid when necessary.
8. Attend relevant training sessions and school functions.
