Key Responsibilities
  • Product Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products that meet our high standards for quality and performance.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Design and build prototypes for internal review, testing, and consumer validation, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and solve complex problems using an analytical approach, ensuring that our products are safe, reliable, and efficient.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, ID, Marketing, and Quality teams to develop and design new products that meet our brand's vision and values.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and that our team is aligned with our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in product design and development, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost constraints.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, such as ProE/Creo or SolidWorks, and experience with production processes like injection molding and sheet metal forming.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates your ability to create innovative and functional products.
