We are in search of a dedicated Night Auditor to become a vital part of our team at the Hotel Indigo. This role is essential for managing all financial transactions and ensuring a seamless guest experience during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome, register, and allocate rooms to guests while providing essential information.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for Front Desk and Food & Beverage operations.
- Finalize daily operations for both Front Desk and Food & Beverage systems.
- Generate reports summarizing the previous day's activities.
- Manage reservations, including making, confirming, and canceling as needed.
- Oversee financial transactions, ensuring the security of company funds through accurate accounting practices.
- Minimum one year of experience in cash handling.
- At least one year of experience in a Front Desk role within the hospitality sector.
- Willingness to work during night shifts and weekends.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS is preferred.
