Job Title: Title Clerk

indiGO Auto Group is a leading automotive company with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join our team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process DMV registration paperwork through Web Dealer, AIB, or ATC out-of-state transactions
  • Verify legal documents related to vehicle transfers to the Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Post accounting entries for DMV registration transactions
  • Enter information into the title administration computer system
  • Ensure tax and title fees are properly completed and collected
  • Promptly process documents to report and pay tax and fees in a timely manner
  • Assist with processing retail and wholesale deals in accounting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in title processing, including Texas and out-of-state title work
  • CDK/ADP experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Willingness to submit to a drug test and background check
