About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Analyst to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical. As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for identifying and mitigating potential quality risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality assurance activities, including audits, inspections, and testing, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Identify and investigate quality issues, and develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality-related topics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on regulatory compliance and quality risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including cGMP, GDDP, and ISO standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

We understand that compensation is an important factor in your career decision. We are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. For this role, the estimated hourly wage range is $26.92 - $42.31, and U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
