The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Continuous Improvement Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the site Continuous Improvement (CI) Program, supporting improvement leaders, and driving safety, regulatory compliance, yield/productivity, and flow. You will also have the opportunity to model and demonstrate winning approaches to deliver significant results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the site CI Program and support improvement leaders in driving safety, regulatory compliance, yield/productivity, and flow.
  • Model and demonstrate winning approaches to deliver significant results.
  • Grow the site CI culture by creating intentional effort around upskilling the organization in improvement techniques and approach.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND Ten (10) years of combined continuous improvement experience in manufacturing, operations, Lean Principles, supply chain or logistics/distribution.
  • OR High School Diploma/GED from AND Fourteen (14) years of combined continuous improvement experience in manufacturing, operations, Lean Principles, supply chain or logistics/distribution.
  • Prior Black Belt or Green Belt certification
  • Prior Lean certification
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and teaching skills
