Meat Associate

We are seeking a skilled Meat Associate to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Meat Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality products.

• Receive and process meat deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Weigh, price, and label meat products with precision and accuracy.
• Stock and rotate meat cases, ensuring a visually appealing display.
• Prepare valued-added products, such as custom cuts and specialty items.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of meat products, including cuts, prices, and promotions.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including processing cuts for the service counter and special orders.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs
