We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team at Dahl Consulting. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting duties, including financial statement preparation, regulatory reporting, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements and assist with regulatory reporting
  • Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger
  • Process payrolls and payroll taxes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Perform account reconciliations and bookkeeping duties
  • On-board new clients and manage multiple client accounts
  • Analyze financial statements and ensure all bookkeeping tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting functions
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in workflow management and timesheet tracking
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Payroll
  • Tech savvy in QuickBooks and other bookkeeping software
  • Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and general accounting principles
  • Experience in financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in workflow management and tracking time sheets
