Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day office procedures, including responding to inquiries and providing information assistance to court officials, law enforcement agencies, and the general public.
  • Utilize ONIC and other ODPS systems for updating data records and creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Research information to determine solutions and provide information verbally or in written form.
  • Gather and provide statistical data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; maintain records and files as instructed.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions, including but not limited to, criminal intelligence, drug trends, investigations, data sharing, analytic processes, etc.
  • Travel to locations with ONIC staff to assist with meetings, evidence, information gathering, and other related assignments.
  • Relay equipment to/from regional offices as well as other assigned locations, including operating a State vehicle.

Requirements

  • Be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university.
  • Be in good standing with the college/university.
  • Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0.
  • Be enrolled in at least one course.
  • Be pursuing a degree or finishing a degree.
