In this role, under the guidance of the Endoscopy Manager and/or Director of Surgical Services, you will coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of unit activities, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring patient conditions and ensuring high standards of nursing care.
  • Assisting management in operational planning and care coordination.
  • Reviewing unit schedules and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
  • Maintaining professional communication with physicians and staff.
  • Conducting ongoing performance evaluations of team members.
  • Providing direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Endoscopy nursing is required.
