Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations: Ensure the cleanliness of the Distribution Center, change forklift batteries, and run supplies to the operations floor as needed.
  • Maintenance and Support: Maintain facility property, including building grounds, HVAC, generators, sprinkler systems, and security systems.
Requirements
  • Must have: Ability to operate equipment, like a scrubber and forklifts, for most of your shift, and pass the driver and safety certification.
  • Must have: Experience using routine industrial hand tools.
  • Must have: Team player willing to perform various job duties to support the department and the facility objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Must have: Customer-service orientation willing to exceed the expectations of our customers.
  • Must have: Ability to lift to 50 pounds, scan with RF equipment, bend, twist, and be on your feet for shifts up to 12 hours long.
  • Must have: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others (Supervisors, Managers, and peers).
  • Must have: Flexibility to work overtime and comply with blackout periods (no vacation or personal time allowed) during peak periods.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Previous custodial experience preferred.
  • A self-starter with a desire to exceed expectations.
