Systems Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Operations Specialist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining the operation of system hardware and software, monitoring functionality, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain operation of system hardware and software through monitoring functionality and performing preventative maintenance.
- Identify and report or resolve performance issues in a timely manner.
- Provide support to internal and external customers by researching data on system and network related issues.
- Respond to and resolve critical systems issues, such as system or hardware down.
- Install, monitor, maintain, and repair system hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in an information systems related field or equivalent experience.
- 6 months experience as a Walmart Logistics associate and 6 months experience using and maintaining computer applications.
- 1 year experience in an information systems related field.
