  • Direct and coordinate production activities to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Establish work priorities to meet production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Work closely with other shifts to ensure seamless production and meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate employee assignments and rotations to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Review and approve time-off requests to ensure sufficient staffing.
  • Monitor machine set-ups and work-in-progress to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, or reduce costs and implement changes.
  • Complete all required paperwork for orders, inventory, and other production-related tasks.
  • Ensure employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Promote a safe working environment and investigate accidents to prevent future incidents.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1 year of successful supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly and stand for 8 hours per shift.
  • Spanish proficiency is preferred.
