Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Stock and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all products are properly stored and secured.
  • Prepare and package products for delivery, adhering to all food safety and handling guidelines.
  • Process customer orders, both in-person and over the phone, with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, handling customer payments and making change as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Working Conditions
