About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring junior staff members, providing guidance on best practices in ABA therapy and case management.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress and communicating effectively with families, therapists, and other stakeholders.
  • Serving as a liaison between our organization and external partners, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Licensure in the state of Missouri.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in the field of applied behavior analysis.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Completion of 8 hours of supervisor training or pending completion.
  • Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
Compensation and Benefits
