About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DBT Psychologist to join our team at St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute (SLBMI). As a specialist in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, you will work with adult and/or adolescent patients, providing individual and group therapy sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality DBT services to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Participate in weekly DBT consultation groups to ensure adherence to the Linehan protocol.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in DBT.
Requirements
  • Masters or doctoral degree in a clinical mental health field.
  • Fully licensed by the State of Missouri to practice independently.
  • Current Psychology license in a PSYPACT state for out-of-state applicants.
  • Credentialing-eligible for managed care panels in Missouri.
