Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team at Wilhite Law Firm. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting with marketing projects, organizing and prioritizing promotional materials, and helping to plan and execute various marketing events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and prioritize inventory lists of branded promotional materials for both internal and external events.
  • Assist with field marketing efforts, meet with providers, and attend after-hours social events.
  • Help plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including product launches, sponsorships, and community outreach activities.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Project Management Assistance:

  • Coordinate marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define project requirements and establish project milestones.
  • Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, track progress, and communicate updates.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, solve problems, and overcome obstacles to ensure project success.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and spend.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, and/or project management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on messaging and detail.
  • Familiarity with the legal industry and professional services marketing best practices is preferred.

Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
