About the Role

We are seeking a Residential Loan Officer to join our team at RightStaff, Inc. As a Residential Loan Officer, you will be responsible for working with clients to obtain loans for real estate purchases. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a thorough understanding of the mortgage industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their financial situation and understand their mortgage needs. Provide information on different mortgage products and explain the terms, conditions, and rates associated with each.
  • Loan Application Process: Assist clients in completing mortgage loan applications and ensure all required documentation is provided. Review loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with all guidelines.
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate clients' credit histories and financial statements to determine their eligibility for mortgage products. Analyze financial data to assess risk and make recommendations on loan approvals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current mortgage products, market trends, and industry regulations. Educate clients on the various loan options available, including fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, FHA, VA, and conventional loans.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals to generate referrals. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all mortgage loans comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all transactions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients. Attend networking events, open houses, and other industry-related functions to promote mortgage services.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
