Home Services Technician

This position is responsible for providing routine maintenance and repair services to our members at Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on homes and facilities within the club.
- Respond to member inquiries and requests for service.
- Work with the facilities team to manage preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure timely completion of jobs and availability of necessary tools and parts.
- Assist with inventory management and purchasing of supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
- Knowledge of building maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work in a variety of settings, including outdoors and in confined spaces. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
