Job Overview
FPI Management, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with residents and potential residents on behalf of the company, assisting with viewings, providing information about apartments, processing rental applications, and securing lease agreements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy levels as established by management expectations.
• Exhibit professional leasing techniques and promote positive resident/management relations.
• Assist with advertising and marketing strategies for the apartment community.
• Ensure that all online marketing sources are updated daily.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
• High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
