Position Summary:
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) plays a crucial role in supporting the needs of patients in behavioral health settings. Under the guidance of nursing personnel, the BHT is responsible for maintaining continuous observation and engagement with assigned patients. This role requires the ability to function effectively in high-pressure situations, employing critical thinking and sound judgment while working independently.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
