Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and dishwashers.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal appliance performance and longevity.
- Provide customers with clear explanations of repairs needed and associated costs.
- Install new appliances according to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- National Appliance Service Technician Certification (NASTeC) is a plus.
- Proven experience repairing, installing, and maintaining home appliances.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
