Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and dishwashers.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal appliance performance and longevity.
  • Provide customers with clear explanations of repairs needed and associated costs.
  • Install new appliances according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • National Appliance Service Technician Certification (NASTeC) is a plus.
