Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of customer locations, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks, including the development of contingency plans and emergency response protocols
  • Collaborate with security and facilities staff to ensure the effective implementation of security protocols and best practices
  • Conduct facility design reviews to ensure that antiterrorism and physical security standards are incorporated into construction projects
  • Plan and conduct exercises and training programs to test and improve security protocols
  • Provide professional briefings and indoctrinations to audiences at various organization levels
  • Conduct policy research and make recommendations on new tactics, techniques, and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as security, risk management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, including experience in counterterrorism, physical security, and contingency planning
  • Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • US citizenship
